Dijon Cream Sauce

Yield Makes 1 1/2 cups
This creamy Dijon sauce goes particularly well with fried or baked fish. All you need are four simple ingredients to make a sauce that will impress your guests and become a fast favorite.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1/2 cup coarse grained Dijon mustard
  • Sea salt
  • Freshly ground black pepper

How to Make It

  1. Combine cream and Dijon mustard in a medium saucepan. Whisk constantly over low heat 3 minutes or until heated. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
