- 1/2 teaspoon(s) seafood seasoning - Old Bay
- 1/4 cup(s) lump crabmeat about 2 ozs
- 1 tablespoon(s) fresh chive chopped
- Mix the seafood seasoning into the yolk mixture. Fold in half the crab. Dividing evenly, spoon into the eqq whites, top with remaining crab and sprinkle with the chives.
