How to Make It

Step 1

Cut eggs in half lengthwise; remove yolks. Mash yolks; stir in next 5 ingredients.

Step 2

Generously spoon yolk mixture over cut side of 12 egg white halves. Top with remaining egg white halves, cut side down; press gently. Sprinkle with paprika, and garnish with olive slices. Serve on shredded lettuce.
