Old family recipe made with thin chops to cut down on time.I serve with poppy seed egg noodles,

Ingredients

  • 4 THIN PORK CHOPS
  • 1/2 cup(s) PACE THICK & CHUNKY SALSA
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon(s) DRY MUSTARD
  • 2 teaspoon(s) WORCESTERSHIRE SAUCE
  • 1/4 teaspoon(s) CURRY POWDER
  • 1/4 teaspoon(s) PAPRIKA
  • 1/2 cup(s) WATER
  • 1/8 teaspoon(s) PEPPER & SALT

Preparation

  1. Spray pan with Pam and heat pan. Brown the pork chops on both sides. Combine other ingredients while chops are cooking. When pork chops are brown, reduce heat, add sauce. Cover pan and cook at simmer for 20 minutes. Save the leftover sauce for the poppy seed noodles. (recipe to follow)
