mix crumbs and butter and press into a 10in springform pan
beat creme cheese, then add sugar, flour, salt, lemon peel and vanilla. add eggs 1 at a time. beat well after each. blend in cream. pour into crust, bake at 500 degrees for 10 minutes and 225 for an additional 70-80 minutes. cool at room temp then refrigerate for 8hrs before serving
