Ingredients

  • 5 ounces bittersweet or semisweet chocolate, chopped
  • 2/3 cup whipping cream

Preparation

Combine chocolate and cream in a 1- to 2-quart pan. Stir over low heat just until chocolate melts, 5 to 7 minutes. Use hot, warm, or cool.
