- 1/2 teaspoon cream of tartar
- 3 egg whites

How to Make It
Combine cream of tartar and egg whites. Beat at medium speed of an electric mixer until foamy. Gradually add sugar; continue beating 5 to 7 minutes or until stiff peaks form.
