1 cup finely chopped pitted dates (about 1/2 pound)
1 tablespoon finely grated orange rind
2 tablespoons fresh orange juice
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Combine all ingredients, stirring until blended. Chill 30 minutes.
