Ingredients
- 1 cup chopped whole pitted dates (about 16 dates)
- 1/2 cup fresh lemon juice (about 3 lemons)
- 1/4 cup water
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
- 1 tablespoon chopped seeded jalapeño pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
Preparation
- Combine all ingredients in a blender or food processor; process until thick and smooth.
- Note: Chutney will keep in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
