Ingredients

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup firmly packed brown sugar
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/3 cup chilled stick margarine, cut into small pieces

  • 1/2 cup 1% low-fat milk
  • 3 tablespoons maple syrup
  • Cooking spray

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 400°.
