Yum! Rich & chocolatey. It still had a sauce-like consistency in center of souffle after 20min, which we really enjoyed, so you might need to cook longer if you want a more solid souffle.

Never made souffle before and these were easy, even for quick breakfast! I used chocolate chips and they turned out delicious. Rose like champs even my pyrex bowls.
