Ingredients

  • 2 pound(s) chicken drumsticks
  • 3 large potatoes peeled and cubed into 2 inch pieces
  • 2 onions, diced
  • 1/4 cup(s) gochujang
  • 1/4 cup(s) soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup(s) minced garlic
  • 2 tablespoon(s) sugar
  • 4 cup(s) water
  • chili garlic paste, to taste

Preparation

  1. In a large pot, mix together gochujang, minced garlic, soy sauce, and sugar. Add in chicken and onion and mix together. Add 2 cups water and bring to a boil for 20 min. Add in potatoes and boil another 20 min. Serve with basmati rice.
