- 2 pound(s) chicken drumsticks
- 3 large potatoes peeled and cubed into 2 inch pieces
- 2 onions, diced
- 1/4 cup(s) gochujang
- 1/4 cup(s) soy sauce
- 1/4 cup(s) minced garlic
- 2 tablespoon(s) sugar
- 4 cup(s) water
- chili garlic paste, to taste
- In a large pot, mix together gochujang, minced garlic, soy sauce, and sugar. Add in chicken and onion and mix together. Add 2 cups water and bring to a boil for 20 min. Add in potatoes and boil another 20 min. Serve with basmati rice.
