2 tablespoons Cocoa Powder, Unsweetened
2 tablespoons Natural Agave or Raw Local Honey (either is great and tastes the same)
2 tablespoons Natural Peanut Butter (no sugar added)
1 fresh banana
27-28 grams (1 scoop) Pure Whey Protein Powder (no sugar or flavoring added)
handful of ice cubes
How to Make It
Combine all ingredients into a blender
Blend until smooth
