How to Make It

Step 1

Mix together flour, Dairy Pure milk, water, and eggs. Reserve aside the butter.

Step 2

Melt a dab of butter in the pan. Pour crepe batter into the pan in a thin layer, spread with the back of a spatula if necessary.

Step 3

Cook until the edges appear cooked through, then flip and cook the other side. The crepes will cook pretty quickly, watch carefully so they do not burn.

Step 4

Now, fill with your favorite toppings. Preserves, fresh fruit, powdered sugar, whipped topping, and nutella are all great toppings. Serve rolled or for a more traditional look fold the crepes.
