How to Make It

Step 1

In a medium sized pan, add corn starch, sugar and salt. 

Step 2

Whisk in milk.

Step 3

Turn on stove to medium.

Step 4

Bring to a slow boil.

Step 5

Add the rice.

Step 6

When the rice and milk mixture begin to boil, slowly add the eggs to the rice mixture and stir constantly.

Step 7

Turn down heat to low and continue to cook until thick and creamy.

Step 8

Serve hot or cool.  Top with sliced bananas and drizzle with caramel sauce.

Step 9

 You can add cinnamon and nutmeg, if you wish!
