Ingredients
- 1 Onion
- 2 clove(s) Fresh Garlic
- 1 pound(s) Italian Sausage
- 1/2 cup(s) Chicken Broth
- 1/2 cup(s) White Wine
- 1 can(s) Crushed Tomatoes
- 1 tablespoon(s) Fresh Thyme
- 1/4 cup(s) Heavy Cream
- 1 cup(s) Parmesan Cheese
Preparation
- 1. Saute garlic and onion.
- 2. Add sausage.
- 3. Reduce broth and then the wine.
- 4. Add crushed tomatoes.
- 5. Spice with thyme.
- 6. Add cream and some parmesan.
- 7. Garnish with parmesan.
