  • 1 lb. ground veal
  • 1 lb. ground pork
  • 1 lb. ground beef (97/3)
  • 1/2 lb. hot Italian sausage
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/2 cup Half & Half
  • 1 large fresh bay leaf
  • 1/4 fresh parsley
  • 2 tsp oregano
  • cup(s) bread crumbs


  1. Combine all and roll into 2 inch balls. Fry.
