This is one of the best salad recipes I have used for left over turkey. Quick, easy, and delicious! Great for every day, but I would definitely serve to guests for lunch - especially after Thanksgiving or Christmas.

I have been making this salad for years and make it with canned chicken year round when there's no leftover turkey.
