  • 2 tablespoons ground ginger
  • 1 tablespoon plus 2 teaspoons ground coriander
  • 1 tablespoon plus 2 teaspoons ground turmeric
  • 1 tablespoon plus 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 2 teaspoons pepper
  • 1 teaspoon ground cardamom
  • 1 teaspoon ground fenugreek
