Curry Mayonnaise

This dip does double duty when served both with boiled shrimp and raw vegetables.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup regular or light mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 green onion, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon curry powder
  • Garnish: sliced green onion

Preparation

  1. 1. Stir together first 5 ingredients. Cover and chill 30 minutes. Garnish, if desired.
