Combine the vegetable oil, honey, curry, and bay leaf in a small saucepan over low heat; cook mixture 2 minutes or until warm. Remove from heat; let stand for 15 minutes. Discard bay leaf. Add the lemon juice and the remaining ingredients, stirring mixture well with a whisk.
I absolutely ADORE this dressing. I'm from India, so I always appreciate any nod toward curry powder or other regional ingredients. My one complaint is that it makes a very scant amount of dressing; to dress a salad for two people, I need to at least double the recipe, if not triple it. But it's heavenly!
