Ingredients
- 1/4 cup(s) mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon(s) curry powder
- Kosher salt and black pepper
- 2 cup(s) ⢠shredded roasted turkey or rotisserie chicken
- 1/2 cup(s) halved grapes
- 2 celery stalks, sliced
- 1 scallion, sliced
- 2 pita halves
Preparation
- In a medium bowl, combine the mayonnaise, curry powder, and ⅛ teaspoon each kosher salt and black pepper. Mix in the turkey, grapes, celery, and scallion. Fill 2 pita halves with the salad just before serving.
