Whole-wheat wraps deliver a nutty taste as well as extra fiber and B vitamins. If you want an extra punch of flavor, serve with a side of mango chutney for dipping.

How to Make It

Step 1

Combine first 4 ingredients in a large bowl, stirring with a spoon. Stir in tuna, onion, and raisins, breaking up any large chunks of tuna with a spoon.

Step 2

Spoon about 1/3 cup tuna mixture down center of each tortilla. Top each with 1/2 cup lettuce; roll up. Wrap in plastic wrap or foil, and chill until serving.
