  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1 tablespoon chopped green onions
  • 2 tablespoons light mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons plain fat-free yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon hot pepper sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon curry powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper
  • 2 hard-cooked large eggs, finely chopped
  • 6 (1.2-ounce) slices whole-grain bread

How to Make It
