Soup turned out delicious but it needs one additional ingredient. After heating the soup in a bowl we added a dash of whipping cream to make it creamier and it rounded out the flavors perfectly! We also used powdered ginger and garlic and the flavors still turned out great!

amazing soup. my husband and i love it. we roast the squash, apple and onion first (400* for 50 minutes) and used 4 cups of fat free broth. the spices are subtle, but add a nice punch.
