Curried Sea Scallops

    I was impressed with this recipe. I doubled it because I was feeding five people and it was just enough. I served it over spaghetti and had it with a salad. Even the spaghetti with just the sauce was a nice taste. I would definitely make it again, but I'd only make it on occasion since scallops are a bit pricey.

    I made this and they looked good but didn't taste great. I have a new found love for scallops and have been trying different preparations and this is not my favorite. Cajun scallops were better.
