How to Make It

Step 1

Combine first 4 ingredients in a heavy-duty zip-top plastic bag, shaking well. Set aside.

Step 2

Heat oil in a large Dutch oven over medium-high heat. Add popcorn, stirring to coat. Reduce heat to medium; cover and cook, shaking constantly, until popping sound stops.

Step 3

Add popcorn to spice mixture, and shake thoroughly.
