    YUMMMMMMMMMMMMMmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm! This was so good I couldn't believe it! Left out the carrot, because the butternut squash seemed like enough color and flavor. Used spinach instead of Tuscan kale. Husband went wild over it. VERY time consuming to make, though. I'll make it again, but only on a weekend when I have the time
