How to Make It

Peel and slice eggs in half lengthwise. Mash yolks; stir in chives and next 6 ingredients (chives through red pepper). Spoon about 1 tablespoon yolk mixture into each egg white half. Cover and chill 1 hour. Sprinkle with paprika; serve with crackers.
