Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup plain fat-free yogurt
  • 1/3 cup fat-free sour cream
  • 1/3 cup light mayonnaise
  • 3/4 teaspoon curry powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • Dash of ground red pepper
  • 3/4 cup diced peeled cucumber
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped radishes
  • 2 tablespoons minced green onions

Preparation

  1. Combine first 7 ingredients in a medium bowl; stir with a whisk. Stir in cucumber, radishes, and green onions. Cover and chill.
