Curried Chicken Salad

This twist on chicken salad gets its unique flavor from curry powder and mango chutney. Serve over greens for for a tasty make-ahead lunch.


  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons mango chutney
  • 1 teaspoon curry powder
  • 1/2 medium tart apple, such as Granny Smith, peeled, cored and diced
  • 1 cup shredded or chopped cooked skinless chicken
  • 1 1/2 cups salad greens

How to Make It
