2 tablespoons mayonnaise
2 tablespoons mango chutney
1 teaspoon curry powder
1/2 medium tart apple, such as Granny Smith, peeled, cored and diced
1 cup shredded or chopped cooked skinless chicken
1 1/2 cups salad greens


In a medium bowl, stir together mayonnaise, chutney and curry powder until well combined. Fold in apple and chicken. Serve over greens.
