Curried Chicken Salad

6 cups chopped roasted or cooked chicken
2 celery ribs, diced
4 green onions, minced
1 cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons dry white wine (optional)
3/4 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons curry powder
1/2 teaspoon pepper
8 cups gourmet greens
Fresh fruit


1. Stir together first 8 ingredients. Chill. Spoon about 1 cup chicken salad onto a bed of gourmet greens. Serve with fresh fruit.
