Ingredients

2 teaspoons olive oil
1/4 teaspoon ground cumin
1/8 teaspoon ground red pepper
4 (6-inch) flour tortillas

Preparation

1. Heat a medium cast-iron skillet over medium-high heat. Combine first 3 ingredients, stirring well. Brush oil mixture evenly over tortillas. Working with 1 tortilla at a time, place tortilla in skillet; cook 30 seconds on each side or until blackened in spots.
