When I saw the low reviews I figured I better do my part to bring this gem up. This is a fantastic rub, especially given its simplicity.

This is a regular in the rotation. Great flavor and very easy to put together. In fact, I made a huge batch of the seasoning, put it in a tupperware container and put a label on it. It's available for me asap when I want to make this recip and we make it probably once a week. Even my 5 year old loves it!!

Simple recipe, Great flavor. I couldn't get my hands on the halibut fillets i wanted so I picked up some salmon and gave this recipe a try. Fast, simple, and an outstanding flavor. I may never need Halibut fillets again.

This has been been one of our favorite salmon dishes for years. Tonight we will be making sandwiches from these fillets with onion focaccia.
