This meal was full of flavor, easy to make (although I forgot to put the beans in the salsa, tasted great anyway). The sour cream mixture is great and I will use this in other recipes. I served with Magaritas (maybe the reason for forgetting the beans!) and a Spanish rice. Leftovers were great also.

Excellent recipe and the salsa is a bonus. I love to use it with all of my taco recipes and sometimes just eat it with chips.

The BEST tacos recipe EVER!!! Melted cheese onto the flour tortillas and served it with Fiesta rice.

DELICIOUS!! The flavors blended so well! I sliced the pork tenderloin in longer, thin strips after cooking...like fajita meat. Really, really good! I will definitely make again!
