Cucumbers In Sour Cream
- 5 salad cucumbers
- 1 (8-ounce) container sour cream
- 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh dill
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- Peel cucumbers, and cut into very thin slices.
- Whisk together sour cream and next 4 ingredients in a large bowl; stir in cucumbers. Serve immediately.
