Cucumber Yogurt

Ingredients

  • 1 cup plain whole-milk yogurt
  • 1 small cucumber, peeled and finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon minced fresh mint or cilantro
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt

Preparation

Place the yogurt in a medium bowl. Stir in the cucumber, herb, and salt. Cover and refrigerate until ready to use.
