Ingredients

3 tablespoons rice wine vinegar
2 teaspoons sugar
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon ground red pepper
2 pickling cucumbers, peeled and thinly sliced
2 tablespoons chopped green onions

Preparation

Combine first 4 ingredients in a small bowl. Add cucumber and onions; toss to coat. Cover and chill.
