Cucumber Mint Julep
- 2 (4- to 6-inch) fresh mint sprigs
- 1 ounce (2 tablespoons) Cucumber Simple Syrup
- Cracked ice
- 3/4 cup Kentucky bourbon
- Garnish: cucumber spears, mint leaves
- Tear leaves from mint sprigs, and place in a large cocktail shaker with Cucumber Simple Syrup; muddle thoroughly. Add cracked ice and bourbon, and stir well or shake gently. Strain into julep cups filled with cracked ice. Garnish, if desired.
