Ingredients

1/2 cup grated peeled cucumber
5 (1/4-inch) slices peeled fresh ginger
Simple Syrup

Preparation

Place cucumber in a small bowl with fresh ginger. Add hot Simple Syrup; cover and let stand 30 minutes. Strain mixture through a sieve; discard solids.
