How to Make It

Step 1

Boil water and sugar in a saucepan over medium-high heat until sugar dissolves. Cool and stir in corn syrup.

Step 2

Combine cucumber, lime juice, salt, and ground red pepper in a blender or food processor; process until smooth. Combine cucumber mixture and sugar syrup; pour into ice pop molds. Cover and insert craft sticks; freeze 4 hours or until thoroughly frozen.
