Ingredients

1 cup loosely packed fresh cilantro leaves
4 green onions, chopped
1 tablespoon lime juice
1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
2 garlic cloves
1 teaspoon honey
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon dried crushed red pepper
