CRUSTLESS EGG CUSTARD
- 12 ounce(s) 2% Milk
- 3 tablespoon(s) all purpose flour
- 3 whole(s) eggs
- 2 tablespoon(s) Melted Butter
- pinch(s) nutmeg, sprinkle if desired
- 1 cup(s) Splenda
- 1 teaspoon(s) vanilla
- Mix milk, sugar, butter and flour. Add eggs. Mix well. Pour into greased and floured glass pan. Sprinkle with nutmeg, if desired. Bake at 325 degrees for 30 minutes.
