Crunchy Salt Shrimp with Ginger Sauce

    I have made this recipe now twice and while I love the crust on the shrimp, I found the salt to be overwhelming even when I halved it the second time. Hopefully someone else will have better success. One note - leave the shells on. The crunch is wonderful.
