4 (6-inch) corn tortillas
1 tablespoon canola oil
2 teaspoons Southwest ranch dip mix, divided
How to Make It
Preheat broiler to high. Slice tortillas into 1/8-inch-wide strips. Toss tortilla strips with canola oil and 1 teaspoon dip mix. Arrange in a single layer on a baking sheet. Broil about 4 minutes or until browned and crisp, stirring every 1 minute. Remove from oven; toss with remaining 1 teaspoon dip mix.
