  • 3/4 cup packaged preshredded carrot
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped red bell pepper
  • 1/2 cup plain fat-free yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon honey Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
