If you don't eat carrots, leave them out and add another 3/4 cup of chopped red bell pepper. The carbo rating will be the same.

How to Make It

Step 1

Combine first 4 ingredients in a medium bowl; toss well. Combine yogurt and next 3 ingredients; pour over cabbage mixture. Toss gently to coat. Cover and chill 1 hour. Stir just before serving.
