    Worthy of a Special Occasion

    My first batch ended up in the trash...2nd was ok but not pretty, 3rd was as pretty as the picture and an almond delight! The trick for me was not being afraid to let the sugar boil too long. Wait until the whole pot is a nice amber color before gently adding the almonds. This is a BIG HIT, enjoy!
