- 1 can(s) large can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 1/2 pound(s) stew meat
- 1 can(s) french onion soup
- 1/2 cup(s) sour cream
- 1 bag(s) egg noodles
- Put cream of mushroom soup, french onion soup, and stew meat in the crock pot. Stir all together. Cook at a low setting for 6-8 hours for tender meat. Cook the noodles right before eating. Stir the sour cream into the crock pot before serving and let thicken for a few minutes. Cook egg noodles separately. Put the noodles onto your plates and spoon the stroganoff sauce over.
