  1. Crockpot Scalloped Potatoes

  2. A favorite recipe for crockpot scalloped potatoes from Beverly.
  3. INGREDIENTS:
  4. 8 medium potatoes, sliced 1/8-inch thick
  5. 16 ounces shredded Cheddar cheese
  6. bacon bits to taste
  7. salt and pepper
  8. 1 can (10 3/4 ounces) cream of chicken soup
  9. 1/2 cup milk
  10. PREPARATION:
  11. Spray crockpot with non-stick cooking spray.
  12. Mix cream of chicken soup with 1/2 cup milk.
  13. Layer in the slow cooker/Crock Pot:
  14. Potato slices (about 1/8" thick), cheddar cheese, bacon bits, salt &
  15. pepper, soup mixture.
  16. Top the entire crock with soup mixture.
  17. Continue to layer those ingredients until the crock was full, then cover
  18. and cook on LOW for 9 to 11 hours.
