- 1 3 lb Pork Roast -- (3 to 4)
- 6 Potatoes -- Halved
- 8 Carrots -- Cut in pieces
- 1/2 package Lipton Onion Soup Mix or
- 1 Onion -- Quartered
- 1 cup Water
- Prepare your vegetables. Place in the following order: carrots then
- potatos and then your Pork Roast. Mix water and onion soup mix. Pour
- over roast. Slow-cook on slow for about 10 hours. You can substitute a
- beef roast.
